Payment options: e-transfer, cash, direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and Medavie Blue Cross/ Veterans affairs and RCMP

Please let us know at the start of your appointment if direct billing to to Pacific Blue Cross so we can have the required forms ready.

Direct billing to Veterans Affairs and RCMP is available with coverage verification before your appointment. Please email us upon booking if billing to VA/ RCMP so we can verify your coverage and make the day of your appointment smooth sailing.

24 hour cancellation policy- full treatment cost charge for missed or late cancelled appointments.

We do not accept new Work Safe or ICBC claim appointments at this time.

Emma Winkelmann
(She/Her/Hers) RMT

Emma completed her RMT schooling in 2018. She prioritizes patient centered care, loves helping people listen to their body and is always trying to broaden her education.

Emma became an RMT because she has personally experienced debilitating chronic pain as a patient. She wants to be an active part in improving patients health care experiences, whether it be for pain, injuries, tension or stress. Empathy, patient validation and education are important to her as a health care provider. She has experience working with patients with a variety of conditions including but not limited to fibromyalgia, arthritis, joint replacements, headaches and muscular dystrophy.

Emma is trained in both Hot Stone Therapy and Graston Technique. She is looking forward to taking her next continuing education course this Spring that is based on supporting patients with cancer diagnoses, before, during and after treatments.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys gardening, making jewelry, yoga and taking naps with her dog and cat.
